Senior Citizen Drug Dealers??

I've been hearing about drug dealers using seniors to smuggle drugs through customs. Which is pretty despicable. I'm guessing they figure since senior citizens are considered low threat and they won't search them as heavily as other people..... they won't see the drugs.

I don't think the seniors are aware they have these drugs. I think that the drug dealers are smuggling the drugs into the seniors things and then taking it back on the other side. Obviously some of them have been caught or we wouldn't know about it, but I would bet that it is still happening out there.

Double Jeopardy

I'm just going to take this time to talk about this country's (USA) Double Jeopardy legal system. Double Jeopardy says that a person can't be tried twice for the same crime........ no exceptions.

Some disadvantages to this system is that if someone is given a not guilty verdict, they can come out bragging about how they actually did the crime and still get off scott free!

There are advantages to this system though..... a person can't be continuously harassed about a crime! It makes the cops come up with all the evidence they can before they try someone. They can't try someone, fail, find more evidence, try them again, fail, get more evidence, try them again, etc. The cops would be looking at this one person so much that they would completely pass by other suspects! They would interpret all the evidence with the notion that he.... or she..... is guilty!

I think that it is better to have this system in place then not. This system protects the people under it. Sure there are downsides...... but this is the best system there is.

A fancy restaurant for an indoor mall!

I'm just going to take this time to comment on this restaurant located INSIDE A MALL in San Antonio. I could hardly believe that they would set up a restaurant like this inside a mall. It's incredible!

The above "building" may look real, but it's really just a set in a bigger building. Can you believe it? Kind of reminds me of sesame street. The whole set of sesame street is really just a street with a lot of "buildings" in another building.

Beware of the Teachers!

These days there are so many TEACHERS that abuse there positions by abusing kids. Some people like to point there suspicions at other people, but they completely trust their kids teachers. So many molesters and abusers slip through the cracks of the background checks and whatever else the school districts do to make sure their teachers are "safe."

I understand that there is only so much you can do to make sure that these people are "safe" and that these districts are doing all they can, but there needs to be something else they can do. I see on the news all the time that they've found another teacher that has been doing things to kids (for years even!!).

It's also really stupid how suspicious parents can get of other people, but they don't get suspicious of teachers. When there in the biggest position to abuse your children!

Criminals!! Fair piece of advice!

Just joking! Seriously though........... There is one piece of advice I want to give to all persons thinking of partaking in an act that is contrary to the law

DON'T DO A CRIME UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO GO TO JAIL

It's that simple! I see it on the news and on television shows all the time. People do a crime and then they are completely devastated and stunned when they get caught! You will always get caught so you have to accept the fact that if you are involved in an act that is against the law..... you will either go to jail, or get another punishment! I know that you will not always go to jail for every little crime, but if you are willing to go to jail over a crime then you should be ready for any punishment! Except maybe death row!

This is a fair warning! Please take note and heed my advice.

Note: I'm not saying it's ok to do a crime at all, I'm just saying that it's kinda silly when a criminal wines and complains about being put in jail after he willfully does a crime.

Drugs?? The Point?

What's the point of drug trafficking? Making money? Even if your making a little money it means nothing if you get put in jail! Drugs also do things to people! Depending on what kind of drug it is it can do crazy things to people. Including making the people who take it crazy and do things that they would never do otherwise. So, when you sell drugs you are not just making yourself money, you're ruining peoples lives (including your own!). I guess people who do it don't think that far ahead.

They're suppose to come out as close as THIS year!! of course they're going to be $279,000 each when they first come out. I do believe that flying cars could be the transportation method of the future! Forget airports.
